# Monumental

> Monumental builds autonomous robots that lay bricks on real construction sites today. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Amsterdam, Monumental has grown to more than 130 people, raised more than $60 million, and built more than 100 homes across 40+ construction projects.

Monumental designs, builds and operates a fleet of autonomous robots that lay bricks on live construction sites. The robots are driven by Atrium, our integrated software stack that runs everything from micro controller to UI. We work across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
