High-tech work
Start at 7 am at the construction site. Via Atrium, you control the robot, solve issues and work with software and hardware engineers. In the flow? Feel free to go longer — everything you learn will make the robot faster tomorrow.
Growth & impact
Start with a 2-week paid training including VCA. Once operational, you'll provide daily friction logs and feedback, which directly drive the design of our software and hardware. Grow from Operator to Team Lead or Deployment Manager.
What we're looking for
Interest in construction and technology
You want to work on the construction site with the latest technology. You don't need years of building experience — just motivation, a keen eye, and a practical attitude.
Self-starter with a product sense
You enjoy solving problems, and you like improving things — both on the construction site and in our software or robot.
Open and energetic
Our robots attract a lot of attention on the construction site. You like to talk about this and, as the face of Monumental, make others enthusiastic about the future of construction.

This is what your working day looks like
Your working day starts at 7:00am directly at the construction site, together with our innovative masonry robots and the other robot and deployment operators. Every day is different: you control robots, prepare construction sites for deployment, and work with software and hardware engineers to continuously improve the robots.

Monumental is een high-tech startup, opgericht in 2021. We gebruiken de nieuwste software, AI, en robotica om de bouw te moderniseren. We focussen momenteel op metselwerk, een van de beroepen waar de arbeidstekorten het grootst zijn. Vandaag hebben onze robots al meegebouwd aan meerdere echte projecten: van kademuren in Amsterdam tot woningen in Krimpen en Pijnacker.

Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in het centrum van Amsterdam tegenover Artis, waar we meerdere keren per jaar met iedereen samenkomen.
